they will come either unpainted or primer its your job to decide the color.

I am probably going to lean towards the welded. bolt on just complicates too much stuff

Zach your the one offering up the custom parts... I say do what is easier for you and your time... I know building up bolt on sliders will take a lot of time. and a hole lot of extra effort..

I say go weld on.

Fabing/giging time will be less, time welding will be less, shipping weight will be less for the customer, and finding a local shop to weld them up if there welding inept shouldn't be that expensive or time consuming...

If you do start this up are you going to offer different materials, (DOM)?square or round pipe?

I would highly consider buying a set if the price is right.. (military discount)

it will all be made out of 1.75" CREW .120 wall. DOM is pricey!

i know what i want to sell them for before shipping but ill keep that price to myself for now, need to build another set.

there maybe 2 designs.

I would defiantly buy a set regardless of bolt on weld on. If I would have to drill holes i would rather just have someone weld it on for me!

any muffler shop should be able to weld them on for you. its not that hard and im sure that they would be much stronger.

Yup.

I would buy weld on, though.

Would you make a set that went all the way to the front of the rear fender, or just under the cab?
