Auto Sound Arlington
Was looking for a Bosch Relay today so i didnt have to pay shipping for something from Ebay that would noramlly cost 4 dollars or so. I tried several different places and while I was searching, I figured it was going to cost about 25-30 dollars for all the parts: (all of the things listed in this pic plus wires)
Anyways, i get to the place in Arlington ( www.autosoundarlington.com ) and asked them if they had a relay. By this time, I was tired of searching for one. I had found some, but it wasnt exactly what I wanted. The installation guy said they dont have them to sell, but he can install the wiring for the fogs. I figured it would be about 100 bucks or more so I wasnt interested, but I figured atleast getting a quote wouldnt hurt.
He came out and looked and said if I get the pigtails so he can hook them into the existing lights, he could wire the rest including labor and parts for 40 bucks. On top of that, instead of having a seperate switch, it would be wired into my running lights, but not just spliced in, but with its own relay and such, properly wired in so it wouldnt fry anything.
Anyways, the whole point of this post was to let the other Dallas area people know about this place so if you want/need your fogs hooked up, you can do it. It seems very reasonable to me, especially since for parts from Autozone/O'Reileys/Ebay was going to run me about 25-30 dollars anyways.
