Roush Signal Mirrors on sale

The stock glass insert pops off the power mechanism inside the mirror using a flat screwdriver carefully. Then the new one snaps on. To run the wiring, you'll need to pull the inner door panels and probably the mirror assemblies.
If you can't get an original set of Thunderbolt instructions, here's a PDF from another manufacturer that should help with the installation:

Well crap, I have a 95 splash with power mirrors. I ordered this two days ago...and now you say that they wont work in mine? I had figured that looking at them, they would fit fine. But now you say they wont? There must be some kind of modification that can be done right? Otherwise...who wants to buy a set from me?!

The internal PM adjuster motor and platform is completely different on your 95 so the later style mirror glass just won't fit.
If you're really determined to have Thunderbolt signal mirrors, you could get a set of junkyard 2001.5~2005 Ranger power mirrors for your 95, then install the T-bolt glass inserts.

FWIW: Muth lists a signal mirror kit and a combo signal/heated mirror kit for 96~2001.5 Ranger. I don't know why this doesn't also include 1995. More expensive than the T-bolt mirrors though.

02~05 Explorer/Mountaineer mirrors were available heated. The glass inserts from these years are a direct snap fit into 2001.5~2005 Ranger power mirror bodies. All they would need is a fused power circuit and a switch. A timer from a rear window defroster would be the icing on the cake.
