Rust beneath paint?
 

Hi. I came across two areas at the top of my driver's door when waxing my 2010 Ranger. I don't recall seeing the paint flaws when I bought it 5 years ago. Looks like rust forming beneath the paint. Anybody seen this before? I never saw this on my 01 Ranger. Thanks for any input.

Yes, that happens
Door gets lots of water inside, runs down the window
Make sure drains are clear

If water sits it evaporates and metal inside the door is not always painted, so starts to rust from the inside out

Kind of looks like a repaint too !
