seat

my passenger seat shakes like hell when driving...i checked all the bolts that i could see and tightened them down...still shakes...and when i push the seat side to side i hear a clunk like its lose....but i cant find anything lose...anyone else have this problem?

No, but there is obviously something not right. It is probably not in the seat mounting bolts. Rather it is in the track pieces or other components attached to the seat. You might have to remove the seat to find the loose parts.

the threads in the floor board might be stripped. my girlfriends brother has the same problem in his Z71.

well the mounting bolts i know are not striped....but it does seem to me to be in the track somewhere....damn that sucks that i might ahve to remove all of that crap to get at it...its under warranty so rather than me screwin with it id be better off just takin it in i guess
