i went to a car show today in monmouth illinois, and i saw a really nice ranger. im entering mine next year, but i could never compare to this one.

Nope. Looks stock, that bed however isnt. Look at the tailgate in the second pic.
I would def rock that as a summer truck!

i wish i would of took more pics of it, the inside still looked like brand new. and the tailgate was shaved inside and out, and the inside of the bed looked shaved too it was all smooth and had no ripples in the bottom.

 

He probably just cut out the floors and side panels and did some sheet metal to make it cleaner looking. Looks like a clean one for sure. What was the engine? Anything special?

 

^^^ this. It appears to have a sheetmetal inner tailgate. The inner bed sides appear to be stock in the 2nd pic. The motor looks like a 5.0 302 V8. I like the side mirrors too. That is a nice box Ranger. You don't see many this clean anymore.

 

yeah the inside of the bed the sides were still stock but the floor looked flat with no ripples. and i dont know what the engine was i wasnt really interested in the engine i was more interested in the body work, and how great of shape it was in. but from the pictures it does look like a v8, if i see him at another car show il check and see.

 

The mirrors look like painted stock ones.
