my wife just sent me this.
We eat Chicken wings, not Buffalo wings.
We drink Labatt Blue and Love it!
Mighty Taco is always preferenced over Taco Bell.
It's called Pop, not Soda.
They are sneakers, not tennis shoes.
It’s a sucker, not a lollipop.
We eat Chiavetta's Chicken, Ted's & Louis' Hot Dogs, and drink loganberry.
A fake ID is unnecessary when there is always Canada but we have them anyways.
Our bars dont close till 4am!
And we DO sell beer in a grocery store (Tops & Wegmans, of course).
Jim's Steak Out at 4 in the morning is calling it an early night.
We never cuss, but swear entirely too much.
We know that 65mph speed limit really means 80.
We will cut you off, swear, and give you the finger if you're not keeping up... And we do it all in the SNOW, while expecting nothing less from you in return.
Driving in the snow not only comes naturally, its fun.
We start the weekends off right at Thursdays In The Square enjoying beer, free music and and an interesting crowd.
We remember Wide Right, Forward Lateral, and No Goal!!!
Dubbed by Dan Marino "The meanest fans"... we all know he wouldn't survive one winter up here.
We love the Bills (no matter what) and accept that it takes TWO hours to get home from a game.
Nothing closes in 3ft of snow, or negative 20 wind chills... in fact that's how we prefer to tailgate.
The 2001 Christmas Storm dumped nearly 9ft of Lake Effect Snow and we still think its a mere 2nd to the BLIZZARD Of '77.
We can correctly pronounce and spell Cheektowaga, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Chippewa, Sacajaquada, Lackawanna , Olean and Tonawanda
without hesitation.
When giving directions you do not take " I-90 to Route 33 East". It's "THE 90 to THE 33 East". And the "THE" is not an option.
We are 33 minutes from another country, one of the 7 Wonders Of The World, and we even have a few beaches.
We are the 2nd Largest City in New York .
We love Starbucks... but Timmy Ho's (Tim Hortons) will always be the local favorite.
The only way to make a chicken finger sub is with blue cheese, NOT ranch.
YES, I AM FROM BUFFALO - A Beer Drinking Town With a Big Sports problem, Snow, & Great Food... And I'm Damn Proud Of It!!!
