simple Poll and your opinions

im thinking about changing some stuff on the truck.

basically i got some things that are making me think about taking the BL off. nothing wrong with the BL just would rather take that off then the Superlift.

i would go back to a 33" tire.

i have 4.56s now, so anyone running 4.56s and 33s? gas mileage? i could still go back to 4.10s without much hassle.

i really hate to change the truck from the way it is but its causing me to not beable to do some other things with the truck.

so anyone interested in a set of 15x10s and 35" MTRs? if so PM me.

im just asking for some feedback. prolly wont change anything but who knows.

Beard personally take off the body lift and run like 33's or like 34's it would keep so much stain your truck is having off of it. and your towing would be better like you sayed because unlike 80% of the people on here including myself you use your truck more like a truck.

i would say your gas milage would suck *** with 33's and 4.56's........but you would have some hellacious power to the ground with them! that smokey burnout you did a while back would have ate 33's off.....

what are you getting now? if you are getting now around 16 then it will drop because you will be running at a higher rpm than with the 35's...if i remember correct you said before that you were running about 3K rpm at 80 now...with the 33's and 4.56's you will be running somewhere around 3500 rpm..higher rpm means more fuel which means less gas milage...

keep the 35s you have one of the nicest trucks on ranger forums, but it would still look great with the 33s

You do have one of the nicest rangers on the site, i really do like it, but i think you should take the BL off and put 33's on it....

I would be interested in the 15x10 rims too if you were to get rid of them :)

I'm conflicted, Your truck looks Bad A$$ with 35's and is my favorite on this site, but I just don't like the looks of a Body lift. I don't like seeing the frame and the engines always look goofy to me after a Body lift. Also I like factory tow hooks and they just look wierd without them. Not to mention my Buddy Jake got his Jeep Chaerokee stuck in the Pumpkin patch by our house (Graduated HS with the owners Daughter, so we had permission to be there) and we wrecked his bumper because he didn't have a tow hook to pull from. all we could do was wrap it around the frame and pull, then the strap pulled his bumper to 45 degrees of what it should be. Not to mention all the PIA stuff you have to do to make common accessaries work, like hitches and grill guards. Not to mention the air in between th box and the frame, even with gap guards it just looks goofy to me.

These are all just personal preferances though, you should do what makes you happy. You have a ton invested in that ride and it has to please you, not me or any body else here.

I like it how it is, but I could see it being a pain in the butt every once in a while getting in and out. Do whatever you feel is right, its your truck and it will look good either way.
