the paint is a satin, flat or matte finish. look up rat rods and you will see it's a similar paint job.
the front tires are crooked because his alignment is out when the truck is that low due to his suspension geometry sitting at a different angle then if it was stock.
once he turns on his ignition, he's able to put air in the bags and raise his truck up so he can go over speed bumps and other road hazards and drive at a normal/safe sriving height. this also corrects his toe in/out and makes the tires ride normal.

i totally agree with you 100%, trucks should not be that low imo, lifted trucks = lots more fun. all you can do with that pos is take it to shows, loving the flat paint too, and the 412314324532534" rims on that beast, lmao

Definitely a nice truck but hes prob just running djm arms but all rangers get that much camber unless they swap to a toyota clip or m2.

I definitely love some people who are making fun of the truck when they are only running stock suspension or only a bodylift.
well said mark . i always picture any vehicle being lowered. so naturally, i'm in the process of a 4/5 lowering job. but that doesn't mean i see anything wrong on a lifted (real MACHO) truck. my take has always been to personalize my vehicle as much as i can afford.

and yes, you can have the "primer" look with grey or black base/satin clear if you want it to last. the owner of the truck is the one who would know.

lol any one can bolt on a lift kit and bigger tires, but yet some of you dont understand it actually takes work to bag a truck and then bodydrop it most of you wouldn't have the knowledge to accomplish such an achievement.

I'm shocked that people on here thought that truck was that low all the time haha. Bagging and bodydropping are right up there with doing a solid axle swap, its still just as custom.

You can probably make a claim that it takes more because not only do you have to change up the front suspension (and still deal with all the IFS junk) you more then likely have to redo the entire backhalf of the truck during a lowering job like that. You pretty much have to have a notched frame with a custom suspension to pull it off.

Most SAS's are just the front change with new (bigger) leaf springs out back.

And you have to mess with the body panels too, so yeah it probably is more work.

Good point. Forgot about that. Either glass the fenders or narrow the axles to get those wheels under the body panels. I'm guessing most lowered trucks go with the narrowed axles... although to be honest that is one thing I just don't know about lowered trucks. Guess you might be able to pull it off with simply and larger offset on the wheels... but maybe someone with lowered experience can chime in.

Yeah I don't know much about that either. I've heard of 'cut to the doors on 20s' but I don't really know what it means haha.

EDIT: Ah ha I figured it out, that means cutting the body panels so you can lay the truck down on the doors on 20s.

bravo trent !!

i think this threat is about that. how do you do a truck like that. its really funny how some guys think its gay to have a lowered truck. i don't care if you think i'm gay because i like lowered RANGER trucks. i can also wear pink shirts!! lol
IMO its about RANGERS and stuff we do to them. not the macho ranger forum.

Looks good, I'd drive it if the wheels were a little different. It doesn't look like its laying body so I'm guessing its not body dropped.

He prolly has hitch ***** mounted so he can drag, and so as not to mess up the body panels when he lays it out.
