WOW....ook....

Front wheels are like that BECAUSE ITS AN A-ARM vehicle THAT IS BAGGED! Some people just don't get it.

There's an *** load of work into those trucks, just as Beards truck has an *** load of work into it as well. Me personally, I dig it(the thread topic of slammed/bagged truck).

Paint on fiberglass starts cracks? hmm....ever heard of a Corvette?

I have seen glass fenders crack the paint right off. They didn't have a chance to begin with since the owner didn't support them correctly.

Oh. I'm not really into Goth chicks. LOL

When I can find someone to paint them as good as they come STOCK then I'll get it done. Until then no one wants to step up and paint them, they all give me some lame *** excuse about the paint peeling and cracking and blahblahblah.

Now go to your dungeon and be the submissive b!tch that you are.

This thread is full of stupid. I mean dear god.
Have any of you actually stopped and talked to someone who does this to their truck? It's so much more work and money than any lift kit. I have tons of respect for the guys that do this to their truck.

It's not my kinda thing, but I do think that's a pretty good job.

Another plus side of laying frame:You dont need a parking brake, the frame lays on the ground!!

And when you pay the payments for the truck, then you can say what's gay and what isnt. It's his vehicle. You have no right to call it "gay"

SoCal? I'm in LA, and I think driving around with unpainted fenders for a long amount of time is the equivalent to a RICER driving around with an unpainted body kit.

Just my two cents.

How can you say that all you can do with a truck like that is take it to shows? If you've never ridden in one, they're actually alot of fun. I used to not like bagged trucks, till I road in one. You can drag, chip reflectors, adjust the ride height, and if someone is tailgating you, all you gotta do is drop it on the ground and watch how fast the back off and laugh.

I've heard from someone that if you have to notch the frame to lower your truck, it loses almost all of it's value, because it's then considered a salvage.

Is this true?

I could see where one would think that

If you did that then sold it that person wouldnt really be able to reverse what you did.

Of course why would you buy a slammed truck then raise it back up to stock

Im sure some insurance companies might cancel your insurance also.

I may be mistaken but doesnt it then weaken your frame?

If your simply cutting a little bit out for a static drop they make reneforcements to slip over it and making it strong as it was before.

And when you bag and put a super notch as long as its reenforced correctly it can be stronger than what the stock frame rails were.
