I agree with Redneckstone...I say take it somewhere and get them to bend it for you, I would think some place would do it for you, it may cost you, but I doubt they would charge that much for it. Before you start them print some pics of the sliders and take them with you and just ask around at some shops...the pic will let them see what your wanting and I bet they would be more than happy to do it for you.

beard isnt make very much money at all on the sliders when i priced out dom tubing and beard told me how many feet he uses. He doesnt make much at all

Its really shipping that kills you, those can't be cheap to ship.

just fyi....round tubing is a royal PITA if you dont know how to work with it. alot of people tend to bring the suck on their first project cuz they dont really know how to cut/bend tubing.

oh btw, my sliders were super easy to make. and really durable.

im pretty much set on doing a design very similar to yours. shoot, my friend already has that stuff in his garage haha

do you have a body lift? if not, i can pm you the angles of the cuts to make them sit where mine sit...

no with a body lift, youre angles will be less. i had to angle them down so much to clear my panels.... for yours, you might need little to no angle

I have been wanting to do sliders to but I dont have a tube bender till next year. It is Either I do what shadow did or something like this.

I'll be getting a set build like Jacob's (shadow905) here in the next month or 2..

Square is the way to go if you want to save money and dont have a bender/experience bending/cutting/notching/welding round tube.. it takes quite a bit of getting used to.
