Well i was coming back from Rockford Illinois which is about a 2 and a half hour drive from my place. I was picking up some 33' BFGoodrich from 00xlt4x4. To make a long story short i was about 10 miles from home coming up a hill and i forgot i had cruise on well what happens it kicks in while im doing 55 up hill in snow! which spins me out so here i am sliding sideways and i look to my right to see a FCKIN 18 wheeler coming straight at me so i gunned it and went straight into a ditch. Needless to say no way i was making it out so i had to get pulled out luckily no damage to my truck or my cargo my 33's and im glad i ignored you 00xlt4x4 and tied my **** down Lol otherwise i might of lost one. Pics soon to come of my new tires which are on right now and if i can get the small video of my stuck truck in the ditch.

Be careful guys and dont use cruise going up hills or changing lanes etc hell i wont ever use it again in snow.

My friend and I were not hurt either we were really lucky the semi was about 3 car lengths from hitting us.

EDIT:Here are some pics and a video of my new tires

I know but i was using it the entire way home but here is the thing i would disengage it when chaning lanes or on curves on the highway and going up hills but i completely forgot to disengage it.

hows that saying go?

A lesson lived is a lesson earned? is that it lol?

Not much mercy around here.. LOL Oh well in spite of your near death experience I'm glad your ok and no harm done.

btw, 55mph on snow is not a problem as long as road and traffic conditions allow it. Proof in this post is that he did'nt hit anybody or cause someone else to wreck.

I wish people understood how to drive. If they did we could have unlimited speed for our roads. Problem is people don't know how to drive and so we need posted limits, signs, and lights for all the physics challanged "drivers".

Gah, now.. my freaky situation so far thsi year.. I was going around this little corner about a mile from home, completely forgot I had sandbags sittin in the back (Road was wet pavement.. no snow or ice) and my bags roll over to the outer edge of the truck on the turn and start whipping my end around a little.. I kept it 90% in control, which uis damned good.. nothign like performing a little *****-to-the-wall drifting in your isle when a big concrete truck is rolling up the other side at 40 mph
