KC Mounting question....

OK so sincem y truck aint here, i took the waag bar off and took my KC's off, so I could work on some of the rust on the waag bar. However, getting the one KC off turned into a real btch. Anyways, the bolt now turns.... where as its not supposed too... anyways, the two washers, with the rubber on the inside, those go together and above what there mounted on, and then the bolt goes thru the hole and then u have a regular washer and the lock nut right?!

Dad suggested that the special washers with the rubber inserts sandwich whatever thier mounted too.... but now i dunno... what you think?

I mean it seamed kinda obvious that you put the rubber things on both sides of the mount so it can absorb more of the shock and you dont have any metal to metal contact.
