so what classifies a truck as.....

So what classifies a truck as a Prerunner as opposed to being just a lifted truck? i mean, do you just have to have the fenders and some other mods? or is there more to it? cuz i hear people everywhere calling thier trucks "prerunners" just because its lifted 2" higher in the front then the back. Just wondering, thanks!

There is no real prerunner. There are trucks that are set up to pre-run race courses. Now everyone that drives in the desert with a lift calls there truck a prerunner.
