i have yet to meet a "ricer" forum member who was not an arrogant douchebag. my ex-roomate and his friends VERY much included. i still get harassed by them at least once a week, and everytime its always something about me driving a POS ranger.

their attitudes towards everyone who doesn't drive a tuner car or has a "noobish" question about vehicles is sickening. They are narrow minded bigots who have no appreciation for other enthusiasts and they have no respect for traffic safety.....(thats another rant for another time)

Everyone i've met through R-F, TRS and FRF have been great guys who appreciate anyone who is a car enthusiast, either noob or well seasoned mechanic and they all have my respect. We are all here because we love Rangers and we want to share our ideas and thoughts with other Ranger (mazda) enthusiasts.

People don't make fun of Ranger owners in MN- there are too many of us and we'll kick some a$$!
that is true! anytime i go driving with my lady, shes always like RANGER! and points. ha

its a game we have. see who and point out the most

she gets extra points if she can guess around what year it is. ha (she knows nothing and gets it right everytime)

I don't mostly because I don't tell people I go on it... I know when I told people I was going to a meet over on RPS I got a lot of **** from co-workers. So I just don't tell them any more.

No one cares that I have a ranger... Just that it's a FORD.

They forget that I'm a chevy guy too. And cornbinders. And certain dodges. And anything that has a driveshaft or two (preferably two)

Fact most people I talk to will admit they are good trucks

Then they REALLY give me hell about how paticular i am about my truck and how often i wash it. All i tell them is thats why you drive a dirty piece and my 06' Ranger still looks brand New.

The fiance gives just picks on me because alot of times im supposed to be workining but yet im on here..lol

This one guy told me i know way to much about rangers when i argued with him cause he said that the 06+ tails are different and wouldnt fit anything else....i told him our truck are almost never re-engineered and the bed is the same from a 93 to present and he goes. "Oh Never mind then..." I still want a R/F hoodie

I do..... Wife says I'm too old to care about these forums. I remind her how much money you all have saved me on dealership repair costs, and she shuts up.

Yep all the time. one of my roommates has a 4 door 4x4 silvarado that looks like a grandpa truck and he always says why would you do that to a ranger why not get a big truck. the funnier thing is he is like 5'6" 130 lbs. cracks me up every time

But my friend from back home used to have a ranger and has known me before i got it and knows how much **** it has been through and its still running strong. One time he even said if you had another truck to drive he would help me mod it.

My g/f calles it "making love to the ranger".

I go outside to do something/admire it, and in her terms "Going to f*** the ranger again eh?"

I go on this site, and she compares it to **** site "Beating off to Ranger's again....."

I tell her she's just jealous.

A few people have said something that was less than a compliment. The ranger has always redeemed itself in their eyes.

Black girl at work called it my KKK mobile because she always gives me **** about being white, and visa versa...I let her ride in it, and the system was too much for her.
Ryan swore up and down that his dodge could smoke it, until I pulled away in third enough for him to give up.
My ex always said it looked too white trash, but loved how I could open her door for her with a button.

No one gives me crap about getting on the forums and surfing the web...How else will I learn about stuff to do to them. And repairs, thanks to yall for helping me on a few of those.
