Check your fuse panels. If all fuses are good use a test light and unpluggthe washer pump and test the plug for power

is the hose connected at both ends? i had issues with a bus at work. i was close to the car in front of me, i used the windshield washer and the hose was off at the metal under the windshield. the stream shot straight onto the trunk infront of me. i was like wtf!?!?

maybe the pump is gone, maybe just maybe. the tank is empty. not insuting you, but just touching all bases.

Can you hear it run? Try to put your finger over one of the nozzles and see if the other side will spray.

im betting you put straight water in the tank, and it calcified(aka clogged the tips).

the tank is full, and i took off the head nozle, so just the hose is visible, and when i hit the switch to spray, nothing comes out. the hose isnt clogged either. im guessing something about the pump? it doesnt by chance have a fuse does it?

Take a test light and probe both sides of each fuse. And the owners manual has the fuse diagrams

I'm always leery of people who post questions, but don't tell us what year, model ranger they have. this guy could be talking about a 2010, 1999, 1990, 1983, or whatever year ranger. My theory is: no Ranger info, No Help.

Had the same problem with mine and my pump was bad. You have a fuse diagram in your owners manual. if the fuse is good more than likely it will be the pump.

Do you not have the owners manual? If not search online or probe each fuse with a TEST LIGHT!!!! Easiest way to tell if you fuses are good and if you have power to the pump!!!! Go to the local parts store and spend $15 to get a test light. They are great diagnostic tools

And to test the pump connector for power you willmprobanly need to have someone pushing the washer fluid spray control in the cab

If you can hear the motor running then you shouldn't be chasing wires.

Have you tried unplugging the hose from the squirter and then activating it? Maybe the squirter is the one clugged, not the hose.
