Static Cling window tint?
#26
Worst crap in the world. Spend a few bucks and the real deal tint. And if you're worried about cops......don't put yourself in a position where you could be stopped, EVERYONE knows what their local tint laws are, get you windows tinted the right way with the legal % of tint, and we can stop hearing about tint issues.

My experience with the static tint has been bad. I tried to install it on a Mitsubishi Eclipse, and it wouldn't stick onto the rear window... kept falling down on me as I was trying to hold it up. I did manage to get it to stick to the side windows, but it was very hard to get the bubbles out, and it fell off in a short time. The brand I bought was from Strauss Auto, and I will never try it again.

legal sucks, lol..its 35% on all windows here even back and 95% people are breaking the law, only state troopers in road blocks care about the front wind shield and sides, they dont even look at the back so we jus roll our windows down, LOL best advice is to get some and try it...if u dont like it u dont, if u do u do, atleast then u will know FOR YOU and not listenin to us lol

ok, I got some Gila 20%, and I cut a little peice off and tried it. It sticks just fine, but its kinda half way hazed over, kinda like it was scuffed (no scratch marks though). I unrolled some of it, and it all has it......some parts are worse than others. The results........its cloudy looking when you look through it. Im assuming its suppost to be pretty much perfectly clear right? What should I do? return it and try a different roll......maybe from walmart or something? Im guessing it might just be a defective roll.
