Stump the Chump

Alright Road Rangers... Got a stump the chump for ya. The left pigtail connects to the fog lights, but the right one?

What year Ranger?

Light green and dark green wires were used for drivers side headlight for many years

Then they change to dark blue and light green

2001... funny bc my high beams don’t work. I haven’t dove into the issue yet because my LCAs are torn off for the lift. Hmmm

2001 Ranger uses Dark blue/light green stripe and light green/black stripe for drivers side

Light green/black stripe is High Beam wire color for both head lights, it has a separate fuse, #33, 15amp in cab fuse box, this is a pass-thru fuse, the 12volts comes from head light switch fuse in engine bay fuse box, 30amp, which powers both low and high beams, low beams have passenger side and drivers side pass-thru fuses, #38 and 42 respectively, high beams share fuse #33
