That's not really that bad...Just log rounds. Plus the rear ones are in a trailer.

Been there done that...it's a truck, might as well use it. I actually had it in the woods loaded like that, got it all muddy and then drove it home...it was amazing.

Lol I saw a body kitted 90s civic (red civic, tan body kit) with a fart can and spoiler hauling a trailer with 4 quads on it.

Compared to that. That STX looks fine.

that's just stupid.
Overloading your truck like that adversely effects your handling, and definitly your braking abilities, let alone the wear and tear on the drivetrain. He's is an accident waiting to happen.
there is a reason why they put load limits on vehicles. It's not just to stop you from hurting the vehicle, it's hopefully to stop you from hurting other people...

All I can say is that if that load was on a S10 the frame would bust in half. Glad I bought a Ford.

how can you make a statement like that from ONE picture?? you know for a FACT that he is overloading it? i wish i had extraordinary vision like you do to decipher all of this danger from the image.. FYI you should probably just sell your truck or something cause we all know that using it to carry stuff is a terrible horrible idea... maybe you could PM the member FMD and beg for his telephone number so you guys could chat about how dangerous that guy is?

While the guy may have a weaker spring rating in the back, I've had 1800lbs in the back of mine and was about an inch and change off the bump stops. That's squatting really low...kinda like the picture. I believe mine is rated to only carry 1200lbs and that's with K rated springs. So looking at the picture, he's got more than 1200lbs in the bed and tongue weight. I wish I had a picture for comparison.

Ok, maybe it was more than that. It was one of those big cube tanks with the metal cage around the outside.

most people assume that if a truck is sagging that its overloaded which is just not true. the most weight ive carried in the back of my ranger was 1000 pounds and even with the stiffest leaf pack you can get and add-a-leafs i was still dragging *** but i was within the limit of the truck. i wouldnt want to do that often but i have no problem using my truck like a damn truck when i need to. no use having one if i wasnt willing to do that IMO.
