stupid mistake

So i was the genius that just bought a 1987 ford ranger. she's a clean truck, just a couple things the PO rigged up that need to be fixed....unfortunately i locked the only key i had for the doors in the car... and it's not exactly my expertise to break into cars, i've only been successful in my 1987 240sx since there was not door frame around my windows... some one has got to want to help a sister out right?

Thanks in advance

Jacki

Locksmiths are the best bet too. Police usually won't do anything.

1. Find least expensive window, usually you can get your windshield replaced for free from your insurance company, just say something fell off an over pass. So for this write up, we'll choose that one.

2. Find yourself a large rock, i'm talking huge, so big you have trouble lifting it above your head.

3. Heave rock with he-man like yell at your windshield.

4. Watch in pure horror as it bounces off your windshield onto your hood and leaves a large dent.

5. Swear to the almighty god Odin that you will rain hell onto the windshield.

6. Pick up large rock again off of your wrecked hood. Swear at its large size.

7. Toss at windshield again, Miss first spot, watch and curse as it bounces off again.

8. Give up, Call locksmith, Get windshield fixed.

Good luck!

Seriously..... if only you could know how fast I can unlock any ranger..... you wouldnt wanna waste money on that ! I can unlock in about 20-30 secs, maybe 2 mins max if god is against me.... and all that without prying the door, breaking a window, nothing ! not even a scratch ! I can't beleive you guys don't know about that.... I'm so confident with that method that I'm not even afraid of locking them by purpose.....

Didn't ford just do a huge recall a while back about the door handles? Some crazy amount of Rangers got broken into in DC and it was a huge deal. Kinda think that happened.

I had a stupid mistake today, Bumped the Light switch, for one of my rollbar lights, with the cover on it, went into best buy, came out hour later and had a nice hole melted into it.

You can go get a slim jim at autozone if you wanna try that. Basically a flat piece of steel with a 'flat' hook on the end.
