Hmm I need help fixing my friends Ranger who can help
A couple months ago I helped one of my friend put a m90 eaton blower on his 4L ranger which took a great deal of designing but anyway. We did not overdrive the system at all and he was pushing 7psi since we did not intercool it.
Well he wanted a new motor since his had 196000 on it. So he decided he wanted to see what she could take we put a 5% OD on it ran it around in 4wd offroad alot of fun.
Then decided to go with the 10% OD well that lasted maybe 1min WOT and hmm I dont think I can describe the nose but I am sure you get the idea.
Time to start rebuilding his new block
who can fix this?????

I was trying to convience him to buy wiseco piston and scat rods for the new one but he is thinking just a normal 4L we will see.
We actually ran out of fuel not enough injector which you would assume since we did not change the fuel system. This was just for fun setup. We did not really change anything except a little timing, spark plug gap and a rough tune.

Actually its my blower, I do a good deal of porting blowers and other misc work on motors. Selling the setup we would have to talk in PMs about that, I really want to put it on my ranger but to do it right would take alot more time of fab and crunching numbers. As well as changing alot of internals. Im not against it just you need to know what your getting into, not to say you dont, but just a summary this is a ROUGH setup.

Well to start you need to get rid of your AC
Its a ranger manifold but it has been modified a great deal
NON mandrel bent pluming
Mig welded plumbing not the prettiest
a new intake tube
a differant throttle body
and it may not fit under your hood. he had a newer hood and it hit that when you where beatin on it
