Can someone point me in the right direction my ranger surges at idle and when accelerating lights flicker at idle I’m getting 13.2 to 16.1 volts with my voltmeter got new alternator new starter new relays and replaced most engine to frame grounds and still get surge until I turn on head lights and ac fan blowing them it returns to 13.2
