Dude, the dealership is always last resort.

First, local parts stores:
Autozone
Advanced
O'Reillys
PepBoys
NAPA

Next, online:
Rockauto.com
All the local places websites

Then stealership if you can't find them.

But considering bushings are a normal maintenance item, I'm sure Autozone or NAPA will have them.

Get off the computer, drive around and ask like a normal person.

Do you want just the bushings for the links or the bushings where the bar mounts to the frame? What year is your Ranger?

You'll likely have to get new links, it doesn't look like the bushings are sold separately from Moog or anyone else. You may be able to order them from Energy Suspension or some place similar but they'll probably cost you as much as a whole link elsewhere.

Humm I have always wondered if I would need longer links with the 3 inch spindles.

AZ has these: Sway Bar Repair Kit | 2000 Ford Explorer 4WD 6 Cylinders E 4.0L EFI SOHC | AutoZone.com

I bought one when I wrecked and bent mine.

They are called Stabilizer Bar Links. The bushings are the two plastic clips that hold the bar in place on your cross member.

All they are are long bolts with 4 rubber bushings and 4 caps and a nut. Buy 2 of the "sway bar link repair kits" from AZ. Then take the bolt that comes with the kit, measure it up, at 2 or 3 inches and go buy a bolt at the hardware store that will work. Then use all the new bushings and stuff you got in the sway bar repair link kits.
