T-Case manual coversion

I've been online all afternoon looking for a conversion for my Ranger's transfer. I want to get rid of the electronic shifter and put in a manual shifter. I have heard Summit has the cable set, but, I can't find it...The manual hubs are easy to find....Help me please....

there is no cable involved w/ the manual conversion.......you will need a completely new transfer case that is a manual shifter...

I found this conversion http://www.northwestfab.com/Shifters.htmland I haven't found out what kind of transfer I have. Are you saying that there is no such animal? If so what manual transfer will work with the 4.0 and 5 speed manual?

you need a Manual 1354 tcase.

that wont work on a Ranger's t-case....

you will need a manual Borg Warner 1354 t-case from either a Ranger or Explorer...

often referred in the ranger world as a 1354M tcase.

Notice those cable shifters are avalible for the highly sought after combos and tcases.....Dana 300 twin sticker, NP205, and the 205/203 doubler.

Don't know what trans you have.....if it's an auto, you might possibly need a new trans housing w/ the threaded holes for the linkage. If manual, you'll need a new tail housing that has the appropriate holes for mounting of the linkage, and proper speedo wires, etc. blahblahblah.

Them manual tail housings are kinda a biatch to find round my parts.
