Tough Decision

I was recently shipped to Alaska and I was glad I had drove my vehicle. If you like to get out a lot I would take it, plus youll want to hit the bars and ride the ladies. Check the Insurance, License, and Registration first though. Being on a base, Im pretty sure there are lots of people bringing them, so the mechanics there should be able to order parts for you, plus theres always the net. A lot of my buddies were bummed waiting on their rides when we all inprocessed. If your like me, you hate it when your vehicle goes to the shop for even a few days. Think about that. Your probably gonna be there what 3 or 4 years. Take it. My wife and I were out 4 wheeling and sight seeing while my buddies were waitin in the barracks. Look into different insurance, im payin 165 on an 03 ranger edge

Leave it. While it might seem fun to flaunt having an truck over there, over there the locals might think differently. Public trans is easy over there. Having a car is a liability. It's not like you can cruise the mall...
