taking the door apart

How exactly do I get the door apart without destroying it? there was one screw behind the handle, and one more in the little part of the door you use to pull shut (not sure exact terminology). The door cover comes loose, but won't come off, is there another hidden screw somewhere, or do I just have to take a screwdriver or something and pop it off? I don't want to be rippin on it and break things more than they are already

did you get the one on the bottom near the outside edge(drivers door would be on the bottom left, passenger door on the bottom right)

in total two in the handle, one more behind that, and the one in the bottom corner. so four total. after that lift upwards

Sorry to keep asking you guys everything, but I really can't afford to take the truck to a mechanic right now to get everything fixed, and I don't want to massacre this truck..
how do I get the latch mechanism out? there was one screw that I took out, and then I was trying to pull it back and forth to get it out, but no go.
they have to make theseold vehicles so difficult

Don't try to work on a newer gen then =\

This is the newest ford truck I've ever had. They've all been fullsize f-150's and Bronco's; '79, '80, '84, '86. I wish my fx4 was built like one of those sob's!
