layin frame with 33s
my truck is laying frame now with all four wheels and a good deal of suspension stuff sitting in the bed. ill get some more pictures when i go grab all my crap out of it.
not really sure what happened. i remember absolutely nothing from about 45 minutes before the wreck through mid roll. must have fallen asleep, but i like to think there was a baby in the road an i saved its life
earliest thing i remember is the lights being on in my truck, and everything going loud quiet loud quiet loud quiet loud quiet. i calmly made the observation "oh im rolling my truck"
thinking back i recall about six cycles of alternating loud and quiet. witnesses said i rolled six to eight times. they didn't see what started it though.
my truck came to a rest with the cross member on the other side of the barrier. maybe a sixty to eighty foot drop on the other side
i stepped out of my truck (which i dont remember) and there was a dude an a couple girls who stopped. i gave them hugs and tried to calm them down because they were freaking out, haha. next thing i remember was paramedics. although it must have taken a bit of time for them to show up... i was out in the middle of nowhere.
i was waking around the whole time with a giant goofy grin on my face. it was the luckiest day of my life!
when a wecker finally made it he wasnt able to get me off the wall, because whenever he hooked up his winch and started to pull my truck started to go over the edge. took a couple of them to get my truck off.
then i got to deal with some real lovely members of the law enforcement community. i wasnt able to get ahold of a ride and the policeman said he didnt want to give me a ride all the way home. then my phone died, so i had no communication. he said the only reason he would give me a ride all the way downtown (where i live) was if he was taking me to jail. he was nice enough to give me a ride off the freeway and point me which direction was north. walked for a good five hours to tacodeli. best taco place in austin texas. i have a few friends who worked there and they helped me out. they said when i got there every muscle in my face and body was twitching individually. i was looking real rough. a couple tacos and some Motrin had me feeling much better.
went to the ER later on to get checked out. everything is great. they just told me to make sure to have someone sleep with me that night.
RIP
i obviously did someting stupid and i feel so grateful i didnt hurt anyone else. being alright myself is nice too. and full coverage on the truck
what to get next? haha

thanks guys. i loved the truck, but atleast she went out big.. i am really impressed how the ranger held up. i think losing the wheels made the rolls go much smoother. i wasn't being whipped about in the truck. sat pretty upright during the whole thing. didnt even touch the airbags
i am just starting to get a little sore though. i definitely bumped the top of my head on something.
i had all kinds of big heavy crap in the cab. im surprised i didn't get smacked by anything.
i think the reason the police didnt give me a ride because he had a grudge against me because i wasn't arrested.
i overheard the police talking to a trooper who was rolling through. they were saying they wanted to arrest me and take me in for something, but they couldn't find a reason. they were aggravated because they really wanted to get me, but all my responses like pupils and all that stuff showed i was completely sober. the trooper said the only thing they could do was ask if i would give consent for a blood test. they dropped it after that. haha

it sounds like you were drunk but lol w.e you say man sucks for the truck. im kinda confused on how both the leafs springs broke and the whole front suspension came out from under your truck. i just dont get how all that came out at a slow speed compared to nascar. you see those cars flip at 200 mph and the rear suspension stays in. i just dont get it.
