Man I wish I had some extra garage space! This is beautiful. I haven't seen one of these in this good of shape for quite some time.

The only difference between this and a regular ranger is the Mustang GT style ground effects (which are impossible to find if they get broken), different wheels (although some still came with the plain aluminum wheels with round holes), a rear exiting exhaust, handling package (front & rear sway bars), body colored grille, headlight surrounds and facias and bucket seats with power lumbar. They also came with such things as a standard tach, A/C, etc. There is no power difference between it and a normal 2.9 Ranger. I have a copy of the 1988 and 1989 Ranger brochures here to refer to and those were the only two years that these GT Rangers were produced. The fact is not that the trucks are fast or anything, it is just that they are extremely rare and collectable.

That's kinda cool. I too never knew it was made and I was big into trucks back then.

Man that Ranger GT is sweet! I love those trucks. Wished it had a 4.0L in it though. But, WOW!!! I wished I had the cash to keep bidding on it.

slodsm> How do you like you WRX?
