MAJOR wheel wobble...... bout to fall off

I dont think this is normal...

I jacked the truck up today to see if i could see anything being so non mechanically inclined that I am, i know if the wheel wobbles with no weight = bad.. so i made a movie, its 28megs.... see if this is 'normal'

watched it...

tie rod ends? inners and outers? does it pop? if you notice the other wheel is wobbling as well, so i dont really think its as bad as you think, you need to have someone hold hte steering wheel while you wobble it...

well it sounds like something grinding on that side in the front when moving at about 5-10mph and turning.

If it feels that loose, you should be able to see where the movement is. Have one person watch while the other moves it. Whatever you do, don't get under it when it is on the floor jack! Support it properly on jackstands with the rear wheels chocked.

It's hard to tell from the video but it looked to me like the DS wheel was moving a LOT more than the PS wheel.

To check the wheel bearings you have to grab the top and bottom of the tire and move it in the same way you did with your hands on the sides. You need to hold the steering wheel and then do it again to check for sure. My truck will do that as well and my whole front end has new parts.
