The fastest I have been is about 178 at 8000 rpm in 5th gear in my 1993 RX7. When I glanced at the speedo the needle was just above 180. I know it was 8000 rpm because I was hitting the rev limiter.

i think i've been around 120 down some rural roads with my friend driving his uncles mustang GT, california edition. (not sure what the differences are in the cali edition; from what I can remember, lower emissions and something else)

I have gone only 100 mph in my 1969 F100. Well, the gauge goes to 100 and I still had pedal left. Anyway, you guys think some new plugs and stuff might help. I need to change the timing belt eventually to.

Been round 130 or so in a Honda "TurtleShell"

According to my Garmin GPS, I hit 144 in my Ranger with the 5.0L. However, I think it was a signal glitch or something. It felt more like 120.

I went up to like 100 in my 99 ranger.

Also a while back I was involved in a police pursuit and the suspect we were chasing was in ford ranger. (maybe 01-02 model/not sure though) I believe the top speed was about 95mph. He was pulling a trailer.

my truck realy wouldnt go that fast, with wind resistance it comes close to 90 but is all over the road. that pic was took as a joke, rear end was on stands with no tires or brake drums. i cant imagine trying to take a picture of the dash while even driving 50. if the vac guage was visable it would be obvious there was no load on the engine.
