wouldn't it be a headwind at this point?

on a serious note:
i don't see why you would want to go that fast in a ranger (regaurdless if it's been raised or not). at some point you are just putting yourself and others at risk. you wanna go fast, go buy a vehicle that's made for that sort of thing. i've done 120 kms/hour (maybe 70 mph) on a highway. that is the very most i would do for the simple fact of what a speeding ticket costs/points added to a license or worse if the police feel you were street racing here in ontario.

I think the fastest I went in the ranger was around 90mph with 4.0L OHV 3.73s manual and 33s. It didn't feel very good.
I don't think I had the sport trac over 80-85. 4.0L sohc auto 4.88s and 33s. I can only imagine how fast the driveshafts were turning, didn't want to see what poll-vaulting a truck felt like.
I don't believe I have had the F150 over 85, although it feels great at that speed, I don't see any reason to go faster.

I don't even think I have had any cars over 90-95, I just don't have a desire to do that on a public road. Hell the fastest I had my Suzuki was 105mph.
I am much more interested in acceleration than top speed, if I want to go fast I take to the air.

Icon10 Ranger's aren't built for speed.......hmmmm

93 Ranger XLT, 5.8L, auto, 3.73 L/S:
Deadstop, haze the tires for bout 20' pull to 5g's, bark tires into 2nd, pull to 5g's, bark tires into 3rd, and speedo only goes to 120mph.......
