like for instance if you are sliding on gravel, and the tires bite into the gravel when you let off the gas?

i don't think that's really necessary, i think most people replying to this thread have understood the points that have been made about how **** does happen, and those who think that the OP was driving like an idiot (who I am not one of) have moved on to different threads...

That is correct. Wow. The first item I agree with you on. The power wasn't the factor... the was what was controlling that power.

Or I should say LACK of control.

just one more... uh link backs though? i'm unfamiliar

i second that motion

can we have the chairman carry?
If being the forum douchebag helps people save their life (or more importantly someone ELSE'S life because of the lack of idiocy), then so be it.

Now bend over and take that suppository like you're supposed to... those nursing homes sure are strict about that I hear.

How the hell do you flip anything going 30mph??? Something does not add up. 30 mph in a turn which caused him to "fishtail" and "overcorrect" then flip???

You flipped a ranger at 30 mph, please stay the f.ck away from a supercharged toyota. Admit that you were doing more than 30, admit you can't drive for ****, apologize to your friend for almost killing him.

Learn from your damn mistake.
Thankz red91stang. Someone else with common sense.
PS. I've bolded the important stuff. lol

R-F: More drama then a bunch of high school girls! however after reading all of this stuff, ive been re-considering my driving, after seeing that you can flip a stock ranger going 30mph i figure my truck would be pretty easy to hucks over? as much fun as it is having a rear locker, 5.13s and drifting i think im gona settle down a bit with it! thanks for the input! good luck to all
If you're serious about wanting to change your driving habits, then all this "school girl drama" is worth it in my opinion. Anyone can get a driver's license and get into a car... it takes a responsible MAN (or woman) to acknowledge that they need to change... in this case, your driving habits.

I applaud you welcom2knoxvile.

now i've seen my share of rollovers. a guy slid down the hill around a slight corner with ice on the road in front of our house, slid into the ditch rolled the car the roof hit the corner post of the fence for the field. he took out 60 feet of fence. i was "at the scene" 5 mins after it happened. this guy never woke up out of a comma and he died.. i had my dad's car for 2 weeks because my parents when to mexico, this happened 3 days after the left. i didnt go to school that day.. watched the tow truck roll it back over and pull it out of the ditch. ummm... the same corner some lady slid off the road and rested against the corner post, didnt roll.umm.. came home from school one day when i was younger and there was a car on its side, pointed down in the ditch...

winter of 2008/09 a friend and i was going down the road in the ranger doing 60kph in an 80kph zone, there was bare patches of dry pavement and the rest was compact snow and ice. i was in 2wd and all of a sudden the *** end kicked out and spun around i slid into some dude's yard sideways then the truck rolled back probably 40-50 feet in a foot of snow. the front end of my just missed a power pole by about 4 inches.

yes if you start fish tailling (sliding sideways) and your not on the gas there is a very good chance it could roll. but if you on the gas when sliding sideways the *** end will just spin around.

damn you guys are funny!!!! HHAHAHA
to the OP- glad your ok.

Like I said... if being the official forum douchebag is what it takes, then so be it.

maybe some jail time would work instead of a forum vacation.

Seriously... did you even call the police? I'm guessing not.... just a jow truck perhaps, and back to your place.

Maybe I can forward those pictures to the state police and let them deal with it... wreckless driving is a serious issue ya know.

Although there is a high probability that you DID call the police... afterall, in order for an insurance company to fulfill a total loss claim (or ANY accident claim for that matter), you need to have had filed a police report.

So what'd you tell the insurance company? Did you tell them the truth about your idiot driving? Or did you make something up like there was a little kid that ran out in front of your truck and you HAD to swerve to avoid killing the child.

It would be nice to see a few of the forum yappers get their face punched in. Nothing says STFU like a busted jaw, busted nose, and two black eyes.

Grow up and act like mature adults. Even though I find it hard for some of you to even comprehend the terminology used herein.

this coming from another 'e-thug' trying to start the ball of change rolling... except, I'm doing this 'cause I see something that NEEDS to be changed. You posted that because you wanted everyone to just make up, smile, and sing Kumbaya around a camp fire while someone gives you a reach-around.
