Yep, that's the guy I was thinking about too. I think it'd look pretty sweet on a Ranger. I do have some 37x13.50x16 mounted on rims with the wide 5 lug pattern, but that's for our mud buggy. I did have some pictures of those sitting next to my truck at the actual height it would be at but my camera freaked out and I lost all my pictures. If I was REALLY desperate for some 37's I could buy some adapters and try them out. But I'm not to that point yet.

I went over the whole 37's thing before. I don't think I would fit em w/o rubbing a lot.

His fenders are different than ours. And baja claws measure their "37" from the top of the lug to the top of the opposite lug. IIRC, super swampers are measured by the actual "tire" not the lug. The lug depth is not accounted for. Taht was just hearsay though.

I mean, ryans 38's looked like they would fit on my truck, but they are bald...so i have no idea.

I"m going 36" radial tsl. Not a 37, but not a 35 either. I'll be w/ 4.88's too...and my mini spool. Should be ok.

I don't think 37's will fit w/o rubbing, you will have to cut up your flares and the corners. Mine I already did though :)

Yeah, I know that the Mazda fenders have a little more room in them. But it's still worth an actual test fit. The tire companies around here are real nice and'll mount a new tire on your rim and let you see it if you're serious about buying a tire from them. My fenders are already cut from when I had 33's on stock suspension so they might rub a little on a hard corner, but this thing will probably never see any serious mud again. And Zabeard, I'm kind of stealing your paint scheme. I really like how your paint's set up and I honestly couldn't see anything else on my truck. So, it's basically like your truck but smaller, grey, and an 05. There's not too many ways you can paint a Ranger and make it flow with the curves of the truck you know?

Ouch man, sorry to hear it. Ive had my fair share of accidents as well. Just be glad you're ok, and that the insurance will take care of it, thats what you pay em for.

It doesn't really look like the bumper was messed up, just knocked over. If that's true, would you be willing to sell it to me? :) How about the back one also?

Sorry for your loss.

Nah, man you don't want that front bumper. Just under where the grille is sitting it's dented in a good 3 inches. That's where another of the BIG pine tops hit. And the rear bumper, I'm gonna be needing a bumper when I get it back on the road within the next week and a half. I know this thread title can be a little misleading because at first there was no doubt it would be totalled (with the airbags, bent frame and bent firewall). BUT it's not totalled. Insurance company said it was worth to much (Insurance lady REALLY liked my truck). Sorry man, but good luck on finding you some bumpers.

EDIT: So you can see what I'm talking about with the bumper, second to last pic. Follow the valence from the left to the right. Just as it starts to go under the grille you can see it bent down. It's because it's flexing WITH the bumper.

WOO HOO!!!!! I got fenders and a hood on! Now, just waiting on paint and to make it easier on him he's putting a spray in bed liner instead of paint. SO, looking at having it back NEXT WEEK. I'm stoked about it. I can't wait. Here's some pics of how it sits today. And as you notice, I had quite a bit of dents and dings in my bed sides and rails.

Tires are flat cause it was too big to tall to fit on the frame machine.

Welp, got painted Saturday. They're draggin their feet bad and it's starting to get to me. Still waiting on the jams to get painted and the silver, bedliner, grill, bumper/valence, airbags, seatbelts and then I should have it. They've had it for 2 months coming up on the 27th. I went up there today and put new shocks and some bigger blocks in the rear ( thanks Maurice). Don't worry about the rake to the front, the front tires are still flat so it's about 3 inches too low in these and the bed will weigh it down.

Put together and painted. Fender flares went on after I left and just waiting for the grill to be painted and color sanding and buffing the whole truck.

I noticed that too...add a driver and a full tank of gasoline and it would be even more significant.

Considered checking the torsion bars?

sorry bout your luck, glad to see you getting fixed though
only thing though, everybody saying that is was his fault for having is lights covered, you luckey the cop went with it, because in reality you hit him in the rear, you had unsured clear distance and you should have been cited for it, regardless if his lights were covered or not, the lights being covered helped your case some, but you still had unsured clear distance.
Glad to hear the cop went for the lights being covered and not you though
