Question about D-Windows Wheels

Where have you guys gotten your D-Windows? I have looked high and low for them and cannot find them anywhere!

Also if you have them I'd like to know how they stack up compared to Soft 8's..etc.

Summit. Any rim & tire shop.

And they suck as bad as Soft 8's. Worst set of rims I ever bought.

How so, besides weight that comes with any steal wheel. I've had mine about 7 years, no complaints (had them before this truck)

Mostly because they were steel and heavy as hell. Decreased my truck's performance, driveability and MPGs compared to the Mickey Thompson's that are on it now whicj are light as a feather.

summit ftw

there's one right here in reno, its like my second home lol

and steel wheels are'nt that bad.

my truck is still pretty peppy with the steel 15x8's and 33's.

having the 4.0 helps im sure. but they arent as bad as people make em out to be. and its not like these are race cars.

Thats kinda what happens when you buy something that is probably more than twice the price of the Cragars...They aren't a bad wheel by any means. For $60ea or whatever, they are a very good and durable wheel. Compared to a probably $120ea wheel, of course there will be differences..

Yeah, but when you pay $45 per rim for a set of Cragars and use them for about 2 months and then trade them straight up for a set of mint Mickey Thompson Classics, then who has the last laugh?

nothing wrong with doing that, but they still..."And they suck as bad as Soft 8's. Worst set of rims I ever bought".. isn't quite a fair statment. either way. just my 2cents

Well, they are the worst set I've bought. They made my truck feel and drive like crap, when my whole goal of spending that money to buy the wheels was to improve things, not make it worse.
