trans fluid
alright. well, my brother's got a 99 explorer with the 4.0. well, his trans has been slipping lately. he said he picked up some tranny fulid additive to help it not slip as much or something. well, i went to go check it out. and i couldn't find the damn thing for my life. soo. wheres do you add trans fluid it?
another thing, the guy he bought it from previously put on a K&N intake, and it whistles like crazy. i've never heard any other explorer/ranger sound like that. i think, it might have an aftermarket intake manifold or something. cuz it was just like plastic tubes. then again, maybe the black plastic cover was missing or something idk.
well, thanx alot guys

oh. and one more thing. what should he do about the gearing on it. he's got 20"s on it and the tires...well, when he turns them almost all the way, they slightly rub on the inner fender plastic stuff on the bottem closest to the door...differant gearing should help the new tranny, assuming he's gunna get a new one instead of just selling it, should help it out tho right?
