Truck Pulling to the left?

Just got an alignment yesterday and when I got it back it was pulling towards the left when I drove with no hands (flat road). Should I take it back or is it part of the Ranger "lean"? Also how much rougher of a ride should I get with bigger tires 31" and steel wheels. I put them on and have noticed a bit of a rougher ride, is this expected? Sorry for the noob questions, but got to learn somehow.

check your tire pressures/missing wheel weights etc before wasting your time/gas/money taking it back. But if not that, i'd take it back lol
