So its more of a rattle then a pop? Is the driving doing anythign wierd.. bouncing a little, or locking up when you come to a full stop? I've got a coupel ideas, but they are all abstract from each other unless theres a tad more info on the situation :-)

So, Did Anyone Ever Find Out What The Prob? I Have The Same ..

It could be the timing. With the timing controled by the PCM along with the cam position sensor anything could happen. You need someone that is real strong in the PCM workings.

Maybe you'll have to visit a Ford shop.

i work at ford since it only does it when its in gear it may be the flywheel or clutch
