Soak it in some WD-40? Then hit it with the BFH

do not jack the truck up by the lower control arm, lift it by the frame or center cross member so the suspension hangs relaxed. that bolt has to come out before the ball joint stud will pop out of the knuckle. PB blast or some heat with a torch assisted by a hammer should get that bolt out. plan on replacing that bolt when youre done. some replacement balljoints/ upper control arms come with them anyways.

Remove the bolt completely (if you didn't already), spray it with something, and use a big hammer on swinging upward on the upper control arm. Like Patrick said, you'll be replacing it anyway.
