V-8 Drop-in?

I have an older ford ranger that is currently not working, i was wondering if there were any v-8 engines that would just drop right in without any mods?

5.0 and other older ford v8's but all will require some motor mount and wireing modification.

Yeah, there really is no drop in solution for no torque. :-P
