valance compatibility between the years
 

Hello all, I have a 98 2wd that doesn't have provisions for adding fogs to the valance.

I'm curious what model years will fit the front bumper? From ebaying it, looks like 98-00 or so? Those model years run about $50 give or take...

I'd prefer to get a valance that wouldn't mandate the usage of Ford housings. I can easily add all the wiring myself.

Yeh 98-2000 will fit.. Give me a day or two i may have one for sale. With fogs.. Hit a deer last night considering a 01+ swap.... Valance still in good shape. Pm me if you are interested

sorry to hijack this thread but i have a 08xl would i be able to also swap just the valance from a sport or fx4?

if you look at our bumpers, they are different then the 98-00. you could switch to a xlt of the same year for sure, but i'm not sure about previous trucks. i like the look of the 04-06 with the square fogs and was wondering the same thing.
