Icon10 Want Another Laugh....

I WAS ON MY WAY TO SCHOOL...

Unfortunatly i was late... big whoop right....

Well i notice a deer in the oncoming traffic side of the road...
Now i live in the city so a deer is kinda outta place....

ALL of the SUDDEN it darts in front of my truck right as i start to pass it...
OH CRAP!!!!! I am thinking new lights, grill bumper,, and who knos what right...NO BUENO.....

Then the deer decides that i was gonna hit him and like trys to power back from in front of my truck...meanwhile i was in a four wheel skid tryinig to miss the deer....

Well my truck took it's legs out and it slams like into my left corner and into my front fender... then rolls up on to my hood... (my thoughts...crap a new paint job .. but with a deers blood..NASTY...)

Then once it is on its feet again it darts accross the on coming traffic side of the road and into some bushes... not limping or bleeding or anything....

Aww man i am so happy it did no damage to my baby..... that woulda sucked....... (sorry it is so long....)

wait... the deer "slammed" into your front corner, then "into your fender" and "rolls up onto your hood" yet there is no damage? either that deer was made out of paper mache (sp) or you are a liar. any deer hitting your truck in those areas like you described, is going to cause about $5 grand worth of damage.

i hit a deer in it's *** once....

he darted across the road... i skidded... managed to bump his *** with the front corner of my bumper. it was a light enough hit to throw him to the ground for a second but not hurt him at all. before i could even stop all the way, he was already back up on his feet and sprinting thru the corn field he was trying to get to. he probably felt like a dumbass that night

If I were you Id go take a look around there for that deer, because if you hit it pretty good theres a good change that it had internal injuries and died soon later. FREE DEER MEAT!

I once saw a guy hit a deer once, so i call the police and the deers not dead but its back is broken. I ask the dispatch if i can finish it off (I was on my way home from hunting) and they said "No absolutly not!!!!" Fast forward fifteen minutes. Cops still arnt there and this deer is in serious pain and not dead. So I pull out my shot gun put in a single slug and shot it in the back off the head killing it instantly. I walk back to my car (no truck at this point) and put the gun away as the cop pulls up and is watching me. First this the cop says is "Oh the dispatcher told me it was still alive" I was laughing so hard. Unfortunatly the guy who hit it wanted the meat so i helped him gut it and load it. Two deer in one day, it was a good day.

But yeah no damage thats amazing. That guy had his bumper, hood and windsheild smashed in pretty good.

yeah like the crazy thing is how nothing broke... i mean call me a liar but this is honest to god truth... i could post pics of my truck but it would look like a 94 teal 4x4 4.oL v6 ford ranger....with no body damage whatso ever.. Oh and i hit a DOE(bambi's Mom) which is what i think helped with the no damage factor... Plus the fact tht i think the deer was a part time ninja....HAHA....!!

I seriously doubt it. Even a part-time deer ninja would have been clad in the uniform of the day, so as to look less like a part-time deer ninja. Also, I believe their rules call for at least three nunchuck hits as they're rolling across your fender, as well as optional throwing star attacks (plural) during the getaway dart towards the bushes.

No. It wasn't a part-time ninja deer. Not at all.

heres mine
The 1st deer I hit in my 96 Dodge 3/4 ton I cliped its back legs and sling it under truck no damage at all . The second I hit when it was iced over and and went into a skid and went into a steep drainage ditch flipped 3 times and stoped when my truck was wraped arond a tree .

My friend tanya hit one in her Trans-Am WS6 and it went through her windsheild and landed in her passenger seat strugling and kicking her until she got out and the police shot it .

NEXT just FYI In most states its a Felony to have in your possesion any part including meat or horns of any game animal (this means Deer ,Elk ,Moose ect) that was hit an killed by a motor vehicle ...

I don't have a deer story as of yet, but my buddy mike had one about 3 years ago that was funny.

Mike has an outfitting business out of Jackson Hole WY, so he went up, set up for a hunt and then took an extra few days to go over to a friend's ranch in SD to go hunt buffalo. As he's driving, 5:30 AM on a 2 lane highway in his brand new, as in he hadn't had the truck a week yet, lifted F-250 and a deer darts out in front of him. He hit the deer doing 75, an hour from the closest town with a carwash, and no one on the road. So, he pulled his bumper out, and drove to the next available carwash, inside of his truck smelling like a dead deer, a leg sticking out of the grille, and blood all over the side of his truck. Had he been driving his old 4 Runner, he would've been killed.

LOL....pretty funny. Is the cop just not that observant, seeing as how there's a gapiing hole in the deers head?

With another story that I've heard, a Texas A&M student was driving on Highway 6 when she hit a low flying buzzard (a scavenger). Crashed through the passenger side of her front windshield, and went through to the rear seat. When buzzards get scared, they vomit. And well...the buzzard was pretty nervous. The girl's explorer was considered "totalled" by the insurance company, since the body/repair shops couldn't remove the stench from the regurgitated, decayed meat.

Of course, this is a story I heard from the teacher of the defensive driving course from 2 years ago here in College Station.
