Washing 2010 Ford Ranger Engine
 

HI, I wanted to know if anyone has ever washed their engine, and if so, do I need to cover up some things. I am in the process of tuning-up my truck.
I was wondering if it is safe to wash my engine. I never did before.
Would you recommend it? Thanks.
