Mud flaps

What is the deal with removing the mud flaps?

Why are they so disliked?

I used to get similar comments. I guess I really never noticed them on the truck. But since I took them off, I think it looks much better!

Mine are still on because I like to do fun things on dirt/gravel roads and I also like to try and keep my paint in decent condition.

It's also fun to leave piles of dirt in random parking lots after I go off road.

A swift kick to the mud flap and a glop pile of dirt the size of 2-3 softballs falls off. In HS I used to park in the same spot every day and by the end of the year it almost became a dirt parking spot. lol

i used to like mine, but after i removed them, i noticed how much better the truck looked (especially from the rear) and the truck looks taller.
same reason why people remove their nerf bars. (looks taller without them)

I would have told the dean to **** off, or I'd clean it up and then replace the pile with my own brown stuff for him.

I never liked the looks of mine, besides they wouldn't do much for me now anyway.
