adjusted camber on l.f. axle, was to the negative slightly, now dead-on 90 degrees. should be a little to the positive, but thats all the adjustment it had. r.f. is a little too much positive camber, but not enough to worry about. still dont know how the frame can be sprung & be a full 2" higher on the right side than the left. and its not that the left side is lower than it used to be, the right side is higher! doesnt seem like theres any weight on the r.r. tire either, i can take off from a stop normally, floor it and break loose the r.r. tire easily, ive decided to retire the truck from trailer towing, i'll still drive it daily to work, but i dont think it should pull any more than itself now.

Loaded 'er up with dirt tonight. I'm working on edging a flower bed in the back yard with stones so there's plenty more to come out!

Nothing too !
The list is a long one for things to do on the Ranger but yard work and house repairs are taking up too much time.

Finally installed the harness for the projectors.... Also installed the 5FIVE ballasts for the heck of it.

HOLY COW I forgot how awesome having high-beams are! Add to it KICKASS projectors with some good power behind 'em . I couldn't be happier!

To this day my HIDs a d projectors are still my favorite thing I have done to my truck. Above the body lift, axle swap, everything!

Worked on the Radio Bezel AGAIN, the one without any power port, switches or cig lighter !
Sprayed it clear that should have been Mat finish but turned out to be too shiny and a bug, (not The Buggman) got in the paint.

Wet sanded again, sprayed with the Ford Silver Charcoal Metallic Paint again, waiting for it to dry.

Not sure if I will look for another brand of Mat-Finish Clear or not, may leave it just painted.

changed out the camber bushing on the driver side ttb from a 30 degree to a 35 degree, got the camber from 90 degrees to a +4 where it should be, installed coil helpers over the rear shocks, heavily preloading the driver side in a attempt to compensate for the frame twist, didnt seem to work, but i'll drive it a while & see if it helps the handling any.

I pulled the head on my 87 and gave her a new head gasket and pressure washed the hell out of the engine bay. Also replaced the wheel cylinders and all brake hardware stops MUCH better now.

Drove her to church and back twice, washed INSIDE ( it looked like a garbage farm inside ) and out and engine bay. Took some pics with my cell, hopefully upload them soon, just trying to download them now.

Feel free to send me your questions ( there probably aren't many though with such a stock truck )
EDIT: Click to enlarge, click enlargement to enlarge more to have a more enlarged picture than just a regularly enlarged picture which has been enlarged.

This was Thursday... helping the parents put a garden in. two loads of sod had to be moved down to a compost pile by the garden. I keep finding all kinds of uses for this truck...

I find it's handier than one of those insanely expensive side by side atv's. No way one of those would handle this much sod. Not to mention there ain't even a bed big enough on one of those for this much sod in the first place.

But at the same time, it's still smaller than a full size truck, so it gets into spots where it would be difficult to maneuver in a full size.

Nope, I haven't broke the 7.5" axle... yet.

Also been hauling loads of mulch from the garden place to the house. The trailer holds about 3 yards of mulch when fully loaded. The tires on it have very noticeable sidewall bulge when fully loaded... stupid skinny trailer tires...

I broke it

I was hauling the trailer that it is now sitting on, when the t case started making noises when coming down hills. Well it finally gave so I dropped it in low range and kept on. Well about a mile from home it made an awesome noise and locked up the wheels. So now its on the trailer and the farm truck had to come get it
