Customized Ranger

I replaced the 8 foot antenna that was hanging on my garage door, and every thing else low hanging in my garage, with this short black flexible antenna. I now have a customized Ranger.

I read this when it first posted to my Notifications, but didn't read it ! I got another Notification about a true story so I decided to read it...

Help me out, pls, what 8' antenna is OEM for a Ranger, so someone would come to the conclusion of a Customized Ranger... ?

I know I am a little slow in my thinking process and in getting mods done but I am lost on this one... r we ****'n here !

Don’t you think that light weight antenna gave it a little lift.

Wow! Big difference, I bet you will be able to see what's ahead much better at night with the new headlights. Are they Ford OEM or after market?

Headlights & Corner Lights Combo off of eBay.
They do make a big difference. I've been able to polish clean other headlights like the ones on my 02 Ranger but the lights on this 2000 just wouldn't come clean.

New Hitch

I added a tube constructed class 3 hitch, it looks much better than the square hitch that came on my other truck.

Dusten,

Figured I'd ask since I see it in your garage. Last picture I see you have a 20lb propane tank with a heater on top. I just picked up something similar for my two car attached garage for when I am working on the cars and its' freezing outside the garage is normally cold...

Do you have any problems running that or carbon monoxide...etc.? I know you aren't supposed to keep propane tanks indoors and for some reason that sort of concerns me but at the same time in 20 years I've never had a propane tank explode/leak...etc. Just wondering your thoughts on it.

I've got a pretty big shop with high ceilings. So I've never had an issue, but I don't run them much. I mostly run that little one with the doors open to just warm me up. I have a larger heater I run to take the edge off the shopand then **** it down. I have a forced air furnace I need to install.

Also got new seats in finally. Now I need a center console! Always making more problems for myself!

Finished all the wiring on my fog lights. My truck was a base model with just the plugs in the bumper holes. I picked up an aftermarket set of factory style lights and made the wiring harness myself. Then about an hour ago my LED bulbs showed up to finish them off. Holy crap these bulbs are bright. Pic shows the diff between the old and new bulbs. Took it for a ride and was amazed how much more road I could see. The big wide area in front of the truck that use to just be a dead spot is now lit up perfectly.

because it's not an svt? Why not put a lambo badge on it? Of a freightliner? Maybe a NASA badge?

Here's a truck that's earned the badge

found a craigslist deal for a set of tires mounted on rims, bridgestone blizzack winter tires 225/70/15's on stock ranger rims, not sure what year but its the same design as the spare on my 93 but its newer because there is a stamping near the middle of the rim about the possibility of pressure sensors inside. no snow at the moment but winter isnt over yet, the front tires i had on didnt have much tread and liked to slide when stopping or turning. paid 300 for the 4 tires/rims, not sure what they go for new, was told these have 10K miles on them but tread looks like new. supposed to snow again tomorrow so guess i will see how they do.

Help me fix a problem please

Ok so I recently got a ranger last year and we replaced everything. But unfortunately i got into an accident which left the ranger undrivable. Major dents on the right side of the bed. Including some underneath. Something is sticking and and it also popped my tire. Any help would be appreciated!!

Which one is that? Curt class 3? Still debating if I want to put a hitch on while the bed/bumper are off the truck... I've never towed anything in my life so not sure what if anything I would ever tow, but I like how it looks...lol

Squeal

Installed a new Continental Elite Poly-V Belt & Motorcraft tensioner pulley. Unfortunately, this didn't resolve my squeal so I will be getting out the stethoscope this weekend.

Pulled the ranger in. Going to be doing chassis saver paint on the frame and on the bottom of the bed over the weekend. Changing fuel filler neck.
Did injectors and replacing valve cover gasket. I forgot to take pictures of the valve cover but I cleaned that up and will paint it a color as well... not sure which color yet. Maybe wrinkle red? I broke my EGR tube so that's on order. Probably won't get done with it till after next week.
