Nothing today, but a THOROUGH cleaning is in very high order!

Also, still looking for a replacement rear window...

If I have time tomorrow, I may find a better place to mount my Uniden Bearcat police scanner.

Which... I'm a little pissed about that. When I accidentally broke the left rear window on my 02 FX4, that just HAPPENED to be the window that the external antenna was mounted on. Now I need another window AND I need to find another external antenna.

Damned if cars/trucks aren't an expensive hobby...

Window mount antennas are worthless. get one that mounts to the body

very nice. there are planty of OHCs on sale here lately at decent prices, check some out!

as for me, got my roll pan on! not too happy with the fit, but it was free! just cost me $25 for paint. gonna do a weld on one eventually...and shaded my tails again, since the body shop for some reason decided to replace my tails after my accident even tho they werent damaged...

the tails aren't as dark in person, aaand the roll pan isn't as brown either, but the color is off, oh well, it was $25 for primer paint and clear so i don't complain. It's temp anyways.

rollpans are cool and all (I have one) but i think you should stick with the bumper. If you get a rollpan and someone love-taps you in the rear again, the damage will probably be 10x more expensive to repair than what you're dealing with right now.
I can't go back to a bumper because my rollpan is steel, welded smooth to the body, and painted over. I regret every day doing it.

Drove it down to the midnight release of Starcraft 2 to grab a copy so I have something else to take me away from working on any vehicles.... not paying attention to any speed limits, got about a mile from home, clocked doing 75 in a 55, and the cop ran my record and told me to drive the speed limit, then left ...... was a good morning...

Sadly, I'm older than the cop was.... lol.... It helps to know most of the cops in the area also... They drive down the street and stop and talk with me and the neighbor to keep their sanity, so they are usually nice to us... I'm sure he will harass me next time he stops in the area.
It's basically just like the original except the graphics are outstanding. Not liking the battlenet req's though....

Hauled in my lawnmower to Sears to get fixed under warranty

Clerk: "Nice truck, is that the 4.0L?
Me: "Yea"
Clerk: "What kind of mileage are you getting?"
Me: "About 20-21"
Clerk: "Whoa, is is that 4x4?"
Me: "Yea......"
Clerk: "Oh, well that makes sense, cause I'm getting a lot better mileage in my 4.0L Mustang"
