Thought about how after new trans filter, air filter, fuel filter, pinion seal, coolant flush, 2 oil changes, transmission fluid change, power steering fluid change, spark plugs, and numerous other minor fix-ups - I'm shocks, spring hangers, spring shackles and new tires away from having a reliable truck. Add to that a receiver hitch, a tool box and some signage - I'll have a reliable work truck. :)

Finally got all the stickers off. I ran out of goof off so I have to take a trip to the store tomorrow to grab another can so I can finish removing the adhesive. While I'm there I''m gonna grab a couple more cans of the plasti dip stuff. I love that stuff, I'm going to do my tool box in it and the chrome around the windows and the chrome tailgate handle.

well i changed up my box location for my sub today. i had it sitting in sideways for a while and took it out when my newer amp died (damn it), so i got used to not being so cramped in. when i put it back in i was already sick of being craped in. so i started to think of a few ideas and figuered i pull the jump seat. then i mesured the shelf in the back, and that came to 4.5". i ended up haveing a 1x6 cut for 3 pieces at 15.5" that being width of my box.
scince 1x6's are only 5.5" wide i used one piece to give the front the elevation off the floor board and be leval(ish) then used the other to attatch that piece to the box its self. making an L shape. scince the 1x6 is taller than the shelf in the back i used the 3rd piece as a spacer in the back to leval it out. now the to of my box is amost to the seam/crease in the trim in the back. and most importantly my seat slides all the way back!
its not done yet, i plan on painting it with some black and grey textured paint to try and match the box, we shall see if it turns out. if it does sweet, if not ill try and carpet it.
sorry for the small pic photo bucket is down. ill have pics when its all said and done.

Anyways yesterday I got the toolbox installed in the truck, ran out of paint and money and the toolbox still needs another coat or two of paint, it'll just have to wait.
