Aight....

2:30 PM...on my way to work....an older model S-dime (96~ish...rounded front with sqaure headlights) pulls up beside me and revs, while rolling. The thing is, he has an auto, so I was like WTF. The truck was red with black racing stripes and a HUGE West Coast Choppers symbol in the rear glass..

We stop at a light. He revs, I rev...bla bla. Immediately before the launch, I hold the brake down, bring it to around 2500K RPMs, and I shot off the line like a damn bullet. I could hear him doing the one wheel peel, but by now I'm at 25 an climbing. He never could reel me in, I don't know what the deal was. He had a V-6...it was way too deep for a 4-banger.

Anyways I ran until 80 mph and eased off...he does a flyby and swoops in front of me. Just in time for the twisties......har har har :badgrin:

There's a 5-mile stretch of road that a lot of bikers use to run. It's full of 90's, chicanes, long sweeping turns....a fun little road.

Needless to say, his stock suspension and 16" wheels/tires weren't helping him. I left his *** on the third corner, and never looked back. At the end of the road, he was a good minute behind me.


And come to find out, he works at Nissan!

He wouldn't even speak. I got him on the straights (thanks Pirelli) and in the twisties (thanks again P).

I think the older model S-10s only had about 160 HP though, but I still enjoyed the victory.

I can't friggin' wait for the Whipple.

 

TMI.....I didn't want to know that Skot was a felcher....ewwww

 

hmm my day...

didn't goto work last night.. woke up, site still not working, played ps2 for a couple hrs, took crystal to work, offered and picked up here dad from work, came home, checked online again to see if the site was workin yet, nope, went back on the ps2 for a couple more hours, came online, talked to Bob(soundperformance), then went outside to take the lights out, from behind the grill, 9pm then showed up, came inside, looked to see if it was working or not, saw a temperaly site on, then passed out with the ps2 still on, woke up, crystal IM'in me to get out of bed and get to work, and now here i am at work, checking things out once again
