Wheel Bearings

I took my truck in, becasue I thought the brakes were kinda grinding, and my mech. said the LF wheel bearing is almost shot, and the RF is pretty worn too.

The truck has 75K on it. I was wondering if thats something thats fairly easy to replace myself, or is it a pita. He also said its about 375 for each. im not sure if thats with labor, but I was thinking it wasnt...

Thanks!
