Wheel offset

Ive got a 2001 Ranger XLT 4x4 and am looking to get some Mickey Thompson Sidebiter 2 wheels for it. The MT’s have an offset of -22mm and I believe my stock wheels have an offset of 12mm. Will these wheels fit? I’ve been looking everywhere to try and find out if these will fit without any rubbing or trimming. I’m also putting 31x10.5 tires on it if that helps anything. Please help! Thanks!

They should fit they will push the tires out with that kind of offset. What's the backspacing? What's the height and width of the rim?
